Fractional CMO Program
COPC Inc. is a global company that provides call center and customer experience consulting, training and certification. We started with a project to create a marketing plan for North America, outlining target markets, key messages, product and service offerings. We then began working on a monthly basis to implement the marketing plan. Projects included:

Updated the COPC logo, created a style guide and launch new brand globally.

Built a new global website in WordPress and moved the existing proprietary website. Working with the COPC team, we developed the website specifications, researched and selected an appropriate agency, and provided project management to launch the site. (The current site is the third refresh.

Established global marketing processes so new materials could be developed regionally that met brand requirements and included key messages, colors and images.

Created and implemented a global email marketing platform was implemented and integrated with the website and Salesforce.

Developed numerous campaigns each year to promote product or service launches, corporate announcements, research findings, and tradeshow activities. In particular, two new offerings for named, branded and launched. RevealCX is a quality monitoring software, and IndirectPro is a procurement service offering for indirect spend.

Created and managed a robust public relations program for COPC Inc. in the U.S. that resulted in cover stories in key trade magazines and various contributed articles.
